Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond accurately and professionally to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Participate in phone support to assist customers as needed
  • Appropriately escalate issues for customers and accurately document all communications
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of customer service skills and ability to deal diplomatically with irate individuals
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment and software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with 2-3 years of previous experience in a business office environment
