Job Summary
A company is looking for a Factoring Customer Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information and assistance to customers through phone and email/chat communication
- Resolve customer issues by identifying the problem and offering appropriate solutions
- Set up and maintain customer accounts, track and document account information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and use of office equipment
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role preferred
