Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Tech Solution Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for e-titles and digital products via email and phone
  • Develop and share technical solutions for customer access or product issues
  • Contribute to team-oriented work and assist with process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
  • 2-4 years of work experience focused on writing and customer communications preferred
  • Proficiency in modern computer technology is necessary
  • Familiarity with multiple systems, including SalesForce and other fulfillment systems, is required
  • Membership in The Mother Church is required
