Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Tech Solution Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for e-titles and digital products via email and phone
- Develop and share technical solutions for customer access or product issues
- Contribute to team-oriented work and assist with process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
- 2-4 years of work experience focused on writing and customer communications preferred
- Proficiency in modern computer technology is necessary
- Familiarity with multiple systems, including SalesForce and other fulfillment systems, is required
- Membership in The Mother Church is required
