Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Engineer - People Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage data pipelines using SQL and Python, transforming data according to business rules
- Construct scalable analytics reports from diverse data sources, including Workday and LMS systems
- Convert business needs into technical specifications and monitor data pipelines for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- At least 4+ years of SQL experience
- At least 3+ years of Python experience
- At least 2+ years of experience in data modeling
- Experience working in the AWS landscape with AWS products
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Education or Experience required
