Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Customer Solutions Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivates trust and builds relationships with customers by identifying and measuring pain points and desired business outcomes
- Advocates for customers to influence organizational objectives and improve overall customer experience
- Manages customer activity, identifies risks and growth opportunities, and collaborates with internal teams to address them
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Military experience
- At least 5 years of experience with design, implementation, or consulting of distributed applications
- At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and Data Security
- At least 3 years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
