Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Solutions Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Design robust and scalable deployment architectures aligned with customer environments and business goals
- Own the technical post-sales relationship and guide customers through deployment, configuration, and integration
- Serve as a subject matter expert and develop best practices around privileged access and Zero Trust initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in technical consulting, professional services, or post-sales solutions architecture
- Proven expertise in deploying technical solutions in complex environments, particularly SaaS-based cybersecurity products
- Strong understanding of identity, network, and security architectures
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and operating systems (Linux, Windows)
- Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting (Bash, Python)
