Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Learning & Development, Lines of Business + Continuing Education.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with various teams to identify development needs for clinical roles
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards for continuing education activities
- Continuously evaluate and improve CE programs based on feedback and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of relevant learning and development experience, preferably in healthcare
- Understanding of adult learning theory and digital learning strategies
- Experience with program management and learning management systems (LMS)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
