• Manage end-to-end process improvement, documentation, and training

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in the Pharma industry
• 1+ year(s) experience leading vendor projects and driving process improvement
• Master's degree preferred
• Prior experience in Dynamic Targeting or Omnichannel marketing
