Job Summary

A company is looking for a End User Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Help Desk team and ensure superior customer service and support
  • Analyze Help/Service Desk performance metrics and identify problem areas
  • Track and manage team goals and key SLA's, and devise solutions to enhance service quality
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing a help desk of similar scale
  • Experience with Microsoft O365, Windows Server, Azure Virtual Desktop, and O365/Active Directory
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and VPN/remote access solutions
  • Willingness to learn and work flexible hours as required
