Key Responsibilities:

- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical skill and cultural fit
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably with a focus on AEC roles (CAD, BIM, Engineering)
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms; experience with AI-powered sourcing or screening tools is a strong plus
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment
- Comfortable working across different time zones and cultures
