Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering & Technical Recruiter to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in CAD, BIM, Mechanical, Civil, and Structural engineering
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and AI-based sourcing tools
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably with a focus on AEC roles
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms; experience with AI-powered sourcing or screening tools is a strong plus
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment
- Comfortable working across different time zones and cultures
