Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter (6-Month Contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including software engineers, MLEs, data scientists, and product managers
- Proactively source, engage, and assess mid to senior-career talent using various platforms
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and coach on interview best practices
Required Qualifications and Education
- 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for engineering, ML, data, and product roles
- Skilled in proactive sourcing and maintaining warm talent pipelines
- Experience with recruiting tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting early-stage startups or high-growth tech companies is a plus
