Job Summary
A company is looking for an ERP (Infor CSD) Technical and Business Solutions Change Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Factory Direct through the implementation of Infor CSD and support ongoing ERP changes
- Facilitate organizational transitions to ERP changes, ensuring minimal disruption and positive outcomes
- Monitor service requests and projects, translating business needs into actionable requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3-5 years of Infor CloudSuite Distribution experience
- Organized and analytical with the ability to interpret ERP processes
- Proficiency with CloudSuite actions, forms, and workflows; experience with ION and Data Lake/Data Fabric is a plus
- Desirable to have at least one full cycle implementation of Infor CloudSuite Distribution from Infor SXE
