Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Executive Compensation & Equity Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development and implementation of executive compensation and equity strategies
- Support the executive compensation process, including board materials and SEC filings
- Conduct market studies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with total rewards philosophy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in broad-based or executive compensation
- Experience with equity compensation administration platforms
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for creating models and analyses
- Workday Experience (Advanced Comp)
