Global Account Director
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Account Director to oversee dynamic client accounts and support strategic real estate vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial and contract performance of account teams while aligning real estate services with client business goals
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and oversee transaction service delivery
- Lead talent management initiatives and drive collaboration across various departments to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience at a Senior Management level or similar capacity
- Experience in leading multi-discipline teams and managing client P&L and contracts
- Technical domain knowledge in areas such as Integrated Facilities Management or Transaction Management
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis and understanding of commercial real estate documents
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx is a plus
