Job Summary
A company is looking for a Group Health Customer Service Representative for a full-time position in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle receipt of new cases, review and verify information, and draft cases into the system
- Monitor, process, and track cases to ensure deadlines are met
- Assign/schedule cases to physicians based on location, availability, and client requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or clerical experience in a business office environment
- Experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Excellent computer skills, including Apple Operating System, Google Chrome, and Gmail
- Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
