Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Talent Sourcer (Remote, USA).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates using various sourcing tools
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to enhance job openings and tap into employee networks
- Research and identify new candidate pools to diversify talent pipelines and provide market insights
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience sourcing for an in-house recruiting team
- Prior experience sourcing Sales Talent or GTM talent is strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
- Research-driven and curious about talent markets and trends
- Creative and results-oriented approach to sourcing candidates
