Job Summary
A company is looking for a HEDIS Coordinator to ensure data accuracy and support quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and update management on clinical quality metrics and HEDIS processes
- Establish and maintain action plans to improve HEDIS scores
- Manage HEDIS projects, including oversight of nurses and vendors for quality and timeliness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of quality improvement or healthcare-related experience
- Working knowledge of the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA)
- HEDIS requirements experience preferred
