Job Summary
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator/Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the Legal Information Helpdesk, providing legal information and resources to TGNC individuals
- Maintain and update an internal legal information database and draft responses to common legal inquiries
- Recruit, train, and supervise Helpdesk volunteers and manage the Helpdesk team
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years' relevant experience
- Familiarity with legal issues affecting transgender communities
- Understanding of intersecting oppressions and a commitment to social justice
- Experience working with diverse populations and backgrounds
- Experience with databases and a strong initiative
