Job Summary

A company is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator/Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee the Legal Information Helpdesk, providing legal information and resources to TGNC individuals
  • Maintain and update an internal legal information database and draft responses to common legal inquiries
  • Recruit, train, and supervise Helpdesk volunteers and manage the Helpdesk team
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years' relevant experience
  • Familiarity with legal issues affecting transgender communities
  • Understanding of intersecting oppressions and a commitment to social justice
  • Experience working with diverse populations and backgrounds
  • Experience with databases and a strong initiative
