Job Summary
A company is looking for At Home Call Center Agents for the Entire State of Idaho.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospective homeowners regarding specific home improvement needs
- Meet and exceed performance and quality metrics
- Work evenings until 9:00 PM Central Time and adhere to a fixed schedule
Required Qualifications
- Must be a resident of Idaho
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Above average computer and typing skills; 35 WPM minimum required
- Ability to commit to a set fixed schedule
- Experience in a call center environment is preferred
