Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Account Manager - Shortline Rail.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute action plans to achieve customer outcomes for named accounts
- Drive post-sales engagements and collaborate cross-functionally to guide customers through onboarding
- Identify new sales opportunities and manage account escalations while ensuring customer success outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
- 2-3 years of experience in the Rail industry preferred
- Hands-on experience using TMS solutions preferred
- Experience in customer training, teaching, and consulting
- General urgency in execution and ability to adapt quickly
