Inside Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Account Manager - Shortline Rail.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute action plans to achieve customer outcomes for named accounts
• Drive post-sales engagements and collaborate cross-functionally to guide customers through onboarding
• Identify new sales opportunities and manage account escalations while ensuring customer success outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
• 2-3 years of experience in the Rail industry preferred
• Hands-on experience using TMS solutions preferred
• Experience in customer training, teaching, and consulting
• General urgency in execution and ability to adapt quickly
