Job Summary
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to support the RRL initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with subject matter experts to gather course material and conducts program analysis
- Converts written materials into interactive courseware and develops new e-learning programs
- Keeps updated on training research and may evaluate contractors or vendors for training program development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 0 - 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience
- Clearance Required: Secret
- Experience with NETC training
- Preferred: MTS qualified
- Preferred: US Navy/Marine Corps veteran
