Instructional Designer
Job Summary
A company in the Education industry is looking for an Instructional Designer.
Position Responsibilities:
- Produce instructor guides and participant materials for new courses
- Improve individual and group performance of agents by analyzing and developing instructional solutions
- Create evaluation strategies (3 levels) for all learning solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development or related field
- 2 years of instructional design experience
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Proficient in curriculum design and training delivery with a focus on Adult Learning Theory
- Use of authoring/media tools to implement web-based, digital, and/or multi-media learning methodologies
