Job Summary

A company in the Education industry is looking for an Instructional Designer.

Position Responsibilities:

Produce instructor guides and participant materials for new courses
Improve individual and group performance of agents by analyzing and developing instructional solutions
Create evaluation strategies (3 levels) for all learning solutions

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development or related field
2 years of instructional design experience
Experience with Learning Management Systems
Proficient in curriculum design and training delivery with a focus on Adult Learning Theory
Use of authoring/media tools to implement web-based, digital, and/or multi-media learning methodologies
