Job Summary
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and execute learning strategies
- Coordinate, monitor, and maintain learning solution content
- Consult and collaborate with training managers and other learning professionals
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Instructional Design
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design/development or related field
- Experience developing eLearning and instructor-led learning solutions
- Expertise leveraging the ADDIE model
- Experience using eLearning tools such as Lectora, Articulate Storyline, or Captivate
