Job Summary

An organization is seeking an Instructional Designer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer needs assessments and manage multiple training design projects
• Develop and write action-oriented objectives and apply adult learning principles in design decisions
• Design and develop training materials using multimedia and interactive designs

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of related experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures in the field of specialization
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and make non-reviewed decisions
• Assignments requiring originality and ingenuity
