Instructional Designer I

Job Summary

A company in the financial industry is looking for an Instructional Designer I.

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs assessments and develop appropriate instructional strategies
• Create effective instructional materials, simulations, and assessments
• Use state-of-the-art tools and technologies for the development, maintenance, production, and distribution of training materials

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
• Three years of experience in instructional design, course development, technical communications, or a related field
• Basic understanding of banking and financial services industries
• Experience in eLearning development
• Skill in designing and developing simulation-based/web-based training
