Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim People Operations Manager to cover an 8-month maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare performance review materials and coordinate compensation calculations
  • Maintain HRIS and manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and payroll preparation
  • Support recruiting efforts and manage project logistics for company events


Required Qualifications
  • Based in Singapore with access to CorpPass/SingPass
  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR coordination, or program management
  • Experience leading performance review and compensation cycles
  • Familiarity with international HR compliance and relevant HR tools
  • Strong data orientation with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
