Job Summary

A company is looking for an iPay Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support via phone and chat for bill pay website/mobile application subscribers
  • Assist customers with account setup and maintenance
  • Document product issues and escalate complex inquiries or system issues for resolution
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to work assigned shifts
  • Ability to work a training schedule for the first 7 weeks
  • 20 mbps download speed and 5 mbps upload speed for remote work
  • Call center experience is a plus
