Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager IT Advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the IT Advisory Team, guiding members to achieve their KPIs through coaching and mentoring
- Collaborate with the Director of Client Strategy to ensure IT Advisory staff are trained in relevant technologies
- Oversee administrative responsibilities for direct reports, including performance evaluations and staffing needs
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT/managed service experience with a focus on Client Strategy
- 3-5 years of management experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with IT advisory roles and processes
- Experience with ConnectWise Manage/Automate is a plus
