Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Intern to support internal users with technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide front-line technical support to internal users through various channels
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues, documenting incidents and solutions
  • Assist in managing user accounts and prepare new hire hardware for deployment


Required Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year college or university pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Expected graduation between December 2025 and December 2026
  • Desire to solve technical problems
  • Basic understanding of computer systems and mobile devices
  • Experience with macOS and Windows platforms is a plus
