Job Summary
A company is looking for an Overnight IT Support Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot daily IT issues for desktop PCs, mobile devices, and VPN tunnels, providing on-call support as needed
- Oversee IT activities related to user access, incidents, service interruptions, and downtimes, ensuring consistent user experience
- Document and communicate processes, including "how-to" guides and downtime procedures, to improve training and knowledge gaps
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficient in technology with experience in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, particularly in PACS systems and radiology workflows
- Strong customer service skills and experience with hardware, networks, and voice dictation systems like PowerScribe
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with prior experience in Healthcare IT
- Knowledge of radiology flows and the ability to provide effective on-call support
