Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform technical support for desktop/laptop computers, telephones, and printers, including installation and maintenance
- Educate end users on computer and software operations and best practices
- Conduct network troubleshooting and assist with network file server backups and disaster recovery
Required Qualifications
