Job Summary

A company in the Information Technology industry is seeking an IT Support Technician II.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide a single point of contact for internal employees for all IT support services
  • Process incoming technical support incidents and requests through the JIRA ticket queue while maintaining service level agreements
  • Collaborate with various IT Teams and end users to analyze complex technical issues, diagnose problems while creating or updating a knowledge base
Required Qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred
  • 3+ years of required experience in handling, organizing, tracking, and reporting on user support incidents and requests
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange administration
  • One of the following certifications required: A+, HDI Desktop Support Technician, and/or MCP
  • ITIL Foundations v3 / v4 certifications preferred
