Job Summary
A company is looking for an ITIL Problem Management Practitioner.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and resolve root causes of recurring IT issues
- Log, categorize, and prioritize problems in the Problem Management system
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and services
- Experience with ITIL and Problem Management processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
