Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITIL Problem Management Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve root causes of recurring IT issues
  • Log, categorize, and prioritize problems in the Problem Management system
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and services
  • Experience with ITIL and Problem Management processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
