Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for service issues reported by customers
  • Manage incident management, service requests, ticket ownership, reporting, events, and problem management
  • Support service contracts to achieve business revenue and profitability objectives
Required Qualifications
  • Understanding of ITSM/ITIL definitions, operations, and methodologies
  • Previous exposure to Audiovisual, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Unified Communications, and Digital Signage
  • CTS certification is preferred
