Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Sales Development Representative to help build a sales team and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, source, and qualify prospective customers
  • Research target accounts and engage with key decision-makers
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
