Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Sales Development Representative to help build a sales team and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and qualify prospective customers
- Research target accounts and engage with key decision-makers
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal-oriented
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
