Job Summary
A company in the retail industry is looking for a Learning Program Manager.
Position Responsibilities
- Build an always-on learning culture for Retail field teams
- Connect with field teams to identify challenges, learn from local efforts, and test solutions
- Lead portfolios of learning programs and individual projects end-to-end
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in program management, marketing, training, education, and/or internal engagement
- Proven track record of handling complex/multi-faceted global projects
- Collaborative, enjoy open dialogue with debate, and can navigate a large cross-functional organization
- BA/BS in Marketing, Education, Communications, Arts, Business or another related field
- Experience in program management, change management, strategy management, project management, and stakeholder management
