Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial reports
- Manage the accounting department and maintain accounting policies and procedures
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with government reporting requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting or Business Administration
- 10+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a controller role
- Experience with a privately owned company
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Preferred: 3+ years experience with NetSuite
