Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loan Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule all loan officer appointments and manage incoming calls
- Assist the Loan Partner II with clerical tasks and maintain branch documentation
- Attend branch events to support loan officers in building clientele
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA and mortgage regulations
- Excellent math and analytical skills
- Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows
