Managed Services Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineer, Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and manage complex system and application issues, coordinating with internal and external resources
- Monitor customer environments to proactively identify and address business-impacting issues
- Perform systems management for on-premises and cloud-based servers, including patch management and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of technical support, software installation, or engineering experience in the enterprise software industry
- Familiarity with database querying (SQL) and basic understanding of networking and security principles
- Experience with web-based products hosted on Windows-based servers
- Up to 10% travel within the US may be required
