Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, BT Change Enablement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of enablement resource leads and prioritize initiatives and tasks
  • Develop and implement communication strategies for key Business Technology projects
  • Lead change management efforts and ensure senior leadership alignment on program changes
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in communications within the enterprise software/technology sector
  • 5+ years of experience in simplifying complex technology communications
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership and team management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests
  • Track record of presenting to senior executives and establishing trusted relationships
