Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Analytics Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with R&D data science teams to identify needs for data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Deliver innovative data products, including dashboards and applications, to support clinical trials
- Lead the development of interactive visualizations and manage project intake and prioritization
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in BI, IT, or Computer Science
- 5 years of experience in analytics, programming, or data visualization
- Proven ability in designing and maintaining dashboards using Tableau, RShiny, or similar technologies
- Experience with SQL, R, or Python for handling large datasets and statistical analysis
- Previous experience leading an analytics or development team with at least 2 direct reports
