Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager Talent Acquisition (Technical Recruiting).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personnel actions for direct reports, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs
- Develop and track key performance metrics to enhance recruitment effectiveness and experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum eight years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical recruiting preferred
- At least two years in a talent acquisition leadership role
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
