Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Talent Acquisition (Technical Recruiting).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage personnel actions for direct reports, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment and collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs
  • Develop and track key performance metrics to enhance recruitment effectiveness and experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum eight years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical recruiting preferred
  • At least two years in a talent acquisition leadership role
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
