Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Representative to work from home immediately.

Responsibilities:

Verify eligibility and coverage for prescribed medications
Assist with building prior authorizations for medications that are not covered
Review medication inquiries and contact healthcare providers for follow-up information

Qualifications:

Call center experience and data entry experience
Healthcare/exposure to healthcare environments
Claims review/medical billing experience
Computer literate with data entry experience
Reliable hardwired internet with minimum speeds of 15mbps download and 5mbps upload
