A company is looking for a Moodle LMS Administrator - IOMAD.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure the Moodle system and resolve any technical glitches
- Manage Tier 2 ticketing and troubleshoot issues effectively
- Handle customer inquiries through various communication methods
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Moodle
- Experience with the IOMAD add-on is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage a common inbox
- Experience in customer service and troubleshooting
- Ability to handle active/live calls
