Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition/Onboarding Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send offer letters to prospective employees
- Provide quality onboarding support to new hires and coordinate background screening and drug testing
- Monitor the screening process and report candidate status to relevant stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator or onboarding coordinator
- High School Diploma required
- Proficiency in an Applicant Tracking System
- Familiarity with Smartsheet is necessary
- Experience with background screening and drug testing processes preferred
