Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition/Onboarding Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and send offer letters to prospective employees
  • Provide quality onboarding support to new hires and coordinate background screening and drug testing
  • Monitor the screening process and report candidate status to relevant stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator or onboarding coordinator
  • High School Diploma required
  • Proficiency in an Applicant Tracking System
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet is necessary
  • Experience with background screening and drug testing processes preferred
