Operations Analyst
Job Summary
An organization is seeking an Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review company policies and business processes
- Analyze data and information to identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve cost-effectiveness across all platforms
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience as an analyst in a professional setting preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of government-sponsored health plans and public sector managed care industry
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in complaints, grievances & appeals
- At least two (2) years of claims and/or contracting experience in a managed care environment
