Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and support loads for the company's drayage solution using proprietary software
- Ensure accurate and complete data entry into systems and track it appropriately
- Reduce inefficiencies in port logistics and handle communications with customers and drivers
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of operational experience in a tech-enabled environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and GSuite
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in ambiguous situations
- Demonstrated knowledge of the supply-chain/logistics industry
