Operations Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Manager to optimize supply chain, fulfillment, and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the brand order book and communicate with warehousing partners for on-time shipments
- Ensure system-wide inventory alignment and process inbound purchase orders
- Identify operational bottlenecks and generate reports on fulfillment and inventory levels
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in eCommerce operations or supply chain function
- Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) providers
- Familiarity with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central (preferred)
- Proficiency in NetSuite and SPS Commerce is a plus
- Strong Excel skills for data management and reporting
