Operations Support Associate
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Support Associate for weekday evenings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for clients and clinicians via phone, email, and chat
- Triage communication and monitor operational SLA targets within clinical applications
- Facilitate provider communication and perform basic troubleshooting for software applications
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree with 1+ years of radiology support experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years in healthcare or radiology support
- Preferred experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and radiology applications
- Experience with ticketing systems or CRM, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent IT support and computer skills, including hardware support and troubleshooting
- Organized with a strong understanding of medical and radiology terminology preferred
